Steps:
1st) Obviously you click the link posted in the post above [The thread makers link]
2nd)After clicking and waiting to be re-directed, Click the left hand box.
This box is for Your CITY [I.E Honolulu]
3rd)Click on the right hand box, this box is for your State [I.E Hawaii]
And then click search.
If it says "Sorry, no packages for you..." that just means... Theres no packages.
