We added 1 new moderator today, Krip.
He will replace a few that have been demodded or quit in the past few weeks, and will be here to help with spam control, member questions, irc issues, etc.
ByeBye and Michelle have been moved up to Super Moderators for their continued support to TBN.

lol how is that it? that's impossible. since when i was mod i did ALOT but it took what like 5 months to get smod? lol why not tell the truth? its cuz shes a chick thats all.
when i was mod i was on 24/7 and it took until i had to quit to get smod lol. now that life is in the way i cant get on 24/7 but im usally on irc. more then anyone else on irc.

Have you've looked at the moderators activity log? For 3 straight terms, the moderators have been doing more than 6 times the workload you've been doing. It wouldn't be right to leave them as moderators while you're sitting there doing less than a fifth of their work. It wouldn't be fair for the new super mods to be doing more work than you and not get a promotion. It was either to demote / demod you or to promote the other two moderators. Would you rather me demote you so you can put more time into your life? Are you also forgetting that byebye was promoted too, or do you think that he's a chick as well?

Have you've looked at the moderators activity log? For 3 straight terms, the moderators have been doing more than 6 times the workload you've been doing. It wouldn't be right to leave them as moderators while you're sitting there doing less than a fifth of their work. It wouldn't be fair for the new super mods to be doing more work than you and not get a promotion. It was either to demote / demod you or to promote the other two moderators. See them do 6 times the amount when they have done a shitload for tbn? If your activities were as good as they were back then, then it wouldn't be so easy to promote the new mods. The mods have been promoted for their hard work and activeness in the forums. I've been calm, and I'm just letting you know why they've been promoted, since you're to question why they have been.
For our moderators to have been doing 5+ more times the workload then you've done makes them deserve the position. Here's an excerpt taken from the staff contract in staff forums as written from ADR:
I do expect Super Moderators to be high on the list. You guys get free subscriptions, so you should be doing more work than a regular moderator. If you are botmaking instead of moderating, thats fine, just try to do your share by staying active in IRC and answering thread questions, etc.
That is true, if you are active on the forums and IRC that me or any admin believe we can trust, then they will of course get the position. How did SDN take over TBN?
