RuneLocus Toplist Voter - TBN

I was wondering if someone could make me a RuneLocus Auto Voter.

I need the voter to vote for this page Click Here It has to have a proxy because it can only vote 1 time every 24 Hours on the same Ip. And it needs to have a De-Captcha feature, because RuneLocus added that to there toplist. If anyone could make this for me that would be great..Don't know how to explain much more, I just need it to vote a few hundred times in 24 hours. de-Captcha and proxy..That's really it. Hopefully I get a reply in the next few days, and when your done pm the download info because I don't want everyone to know.

I'd like one of these too.
Too bad if you have port 80 open (webhosting port) you cant vote.
I believe most proxies are hosted of a website, so runelocus won't let you vote from a proxy.
