No, the dot trick only works for gmail unfortunately.

Much faster and now generates all combos, I generated 500k dot trick emails in just over 4 seconds. Just better Less requirements, but with a rep count requirement as well. AutoAuthenticates

I didn't see it posted in this thread, but using the dot or plus trick you can set up filters for your email. Go to create a new filter on the gmail mainpage, then in the to: field type in the email with the dot or plus modifier, then create a new label for it in the apply label drop down and use that label. From now on all things emailed to that modified address will go to that label so you can easily figure out which emails go with each one.
