We have two Xbox 360's connected to xbox live that go through a router.

This is our internet set up for reference:
Comcast Modem (Arris, Doxus 3, Phone and Internet)
--Connects to
Linksys E1000 Router
--Connects to
Linksys Etherfast 10/100 (5 port work group switch)
--Connects to
Two Xbox 360's, and two Desktop Computers.

So I have pretty much done everything I have read to fix the NAT, I have reserved the IP for my Xbox 360 through my router and port forwarded several ports for my Xbox 360's IP. I have triggered the ports on the router. I have put my Xbox in a DMZ via the IP and the MAC address. UPNP is always enabled.

I am not sure what I can do, I can manage to get whichever Xbox is turned on first to be at a Moderate NAT and the second one goes to Strict. I have reset the router, modem, and switch constantly. I am tempted to call Comcast, however if I call and it is a problem with my router and not their modem then they charge me.

Any help is appreciated, or if you redirect me to another place to ask!

SIDE NOTE:
We have the switch because the router is connected to the modem, print server, desktop, and switch. The switch then connects to two desktops, and two Xbox 360s.
