Default I want to make money from getting views on my Videos Plz help

Friends I want to earn money from getting views on videos , Many websites were paying according to 1000 views Like VideoBB , Videozer , Userporn and many more now all are shut down so plz tell me where I can make money on this type of Program
Or Can I start my own websites where People can watch videos and I can set CPM adds so I will get paid per 1000 views on my website ... what say???????
