Do i need to have a verified paypal to subscribe to TBN?

you need to atleast have a credit/debit card on it so you can spend money.

so yes you do.

you can't spend money unless you have a credit/debit card on the account.
it can be a virtual one or a real one but you need something.

O ok well i have enuff money for TBN subscriptions
but i dont have any cards linked to my pp account
